Contribute to the evolution of our service architecture, proposing improvements and bringing long-term vision.
Actively collaborate in building technical processes, standards, best practices, and automations.
Investigate complex issues, propose intelligent solutions, and anticipate risks and impacts.
Work closely with Product, Design, and other teams to deliver high-impact solutions for physicians, patients, and partners.
Ensure quality in deliveries, with testing, documentation, and attention to performance.
Contribute ideas, participate in technical discussions, and perform code reviews to raise the team's technical level.
Support an engineering culture with modern practices (CI/CD, observability, security, scalability).

Experience with AWS and a strong understanding of scalable, secure, and highly available environments.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, API Gateway, and monitoring/observability.
Strong knowledge of Go (or willingness to learn it quickly).
Experience building and maintaining high-performance, resilient APIs.
Solid SQL skills, primarily with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
Ability to model data, optimize queries, and understand performance characteristics.
Experience with microservices, messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and complex integrations.
Understanding of horizontal/vertical scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and architectural best practices.
Daily use of Docker to create consistent environments.
Familiarity with SQS, Kafka, or similar messaging systems.
Understanding of synchronous vs asynchronous communication, consistency, and communication patterns.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API security best practices.
