Role Overview
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Effectively address customer and partner inquiries
- Develop business plans for assigned territory
- Engage with customers and business partners to maintain high levels of service
- Collaborate with marketing for execution of marketing plans
- Follow-up with customers and partners post-sale
- Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle
- Navigate discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization
- Build effective stakeholder maps for key partners
Requirements
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing prospects needs
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
- Superior customer experience from the first discovery call
- Ability to lead a virtual team
- Experience in developing business plans for assigned territory
- Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop marketing plans
- Experience in managing sales cycles from qualifying to closing process
- Deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, and competitors
- Familiarity with Salesforce and reporting tools
