You support the HR team with operational personnel tasks, e.g., preparing employment references, certificates and assisting with onboarding.
You contribute to operational benefits management and administer items such as job tickets and fitness subsidies, maintain the benefits SharePoint site and independently handle employee inquiries about benefits.
You maintain and reconcile benefits reports, including invoice verification and communication with relevant departments.
Depending on needs, you additionally support ongoing HR projects.
You take responsibility for research tasks and prepare analyses and presentations.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in business, social or legal sciences with an HR focus, or a comparable degree program
You are interested in a longer-term collaboration (ideally 12 months or longer).
Initial practical experience in HR through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage.
You are a team player, responsible and able to work independently.
Openness, reliability and a friendly manner are expected.
Good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills round off your profile.
