Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories.
Foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories.
Identify client brand fragrance opportunities and ideate new concept directions and visuals, collaborating with development team for olfactive recommendations and S&T for technologies.
Prepare standard category reviews and trend presentations.
Create, deliver and support client presentations, tailoring Givaudan value proposition to specific needs of the client.
Work with Sales and Evaluation to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs.
Assist in designing new marketing programs to differentiate Givaudan and address client needs.
Collaboration with Communications Team to support/generate content for external audiences and events.
Requirements
University Degree/Business/Marketing (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in industry, in marketing or related function.
Experience in agency or client-side is a benefit.
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles and channels.
Competent understanding of all Givaudan’s marketing and promotional programs; can apply/communicate them effectively.
Ability to write copy and social media content, in collaboration with Communication team and in line with corporate brand standards as required.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations.
Demonstrates knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers and competitors on a global/regional category level.
Ability to analyse market and consumer data and strengthen consumer awareness and identify gaps and opportunities.
