Junior Software Engineering Analyst

Role Overview

• Will lead, with support from the team and managers, the implementation of OSS platforms and systems together with client areas such as Planning, Engineering and Performance, B2B, Operations, etc., as well as with vendors and partners;
• Responsible for projects from ideation through production delivery to the client;
• Will lead projects focused on Network Assurance, Customer Experience, SOC, Fulfillment, Inventory, Troubleshooting, Trouble Ticketing, Workforce, and Fault Supervision and Correlation;
• Will monitor and ensure deadlines, project financial management, outcomes, and commitments made to client areas and executives. Must have strategic vision and the ability to solve complex problems by identifying solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Industrial/Production Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related technology fields (preferred).
• Experience in software development, telecommunications networks, project management, assurance processes, and inventory.
• Leadership, resilience, a positive attitude, and a commitment to succeed through teamwork;
• Willingness to learn, study, and speak new languages;
• A desire to study and develop a passion for ML/AI
