Perform program management duties in support of the client’s program execution
Provide senior-level program management support consistent with the SME experience requirement
Coordinate program activities and deliverables across assigned site(s) in support of training operations
Support planning, tracking, and reporting activities appropriate to the Program Manager labor category level
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the contract program life cycle
Develop and implement corrective action plans
Seek assistance in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise
Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
Provide metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision making based on data
Provide program status reports/metrics and briefings as required
Other duties as assigned

Master’s degree or approved equivalent of experience for Program Manager Senior
PMP Certification desired
Active Secret Security Clearance is required
4-10 years’ performing program management-like duties, preferably in an IT or cyber-related mission
Proven record of supervising direct reports and small teams
Master’s degree or approved equivalent of experience for Program Manager SME
PMP Certification
15+ years’ performing program management-like duties, preferably in an IT or cyber-related mission
Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
Proven record of leading an organization with both direct and indirect reports
Command or Senior Enlisted experience desired
Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Exceptional interpersonal skills
