About this role
Role Overview
Provide overall strategic management by defining program scope and objectives while managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Develop project management plans and documentation.
Oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional team operations.
Deliver detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services.
4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required.
13+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar credential is a PLUS.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to successful completion.
Strong organizational skills sufficient to plan, coordinate, track and manage several ongoing complex efforts.
Prior experience in process of retiring applications/systems across large organizations.
Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC Retirement/Decommission process.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Experience in Information Security and understanding of the information resource accreditation process.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
