Mapping and Diagnosis: Critically analyze the end-to-end financial process chain (billing, credit, collections, accounting, treasury, accounts payable, etc.), identifying bottlenecks, redundancies and financial risks;
Process Redesign (To-Be): Design scalable workflows;
Mobilization for Action: Act as a PMO to ensure timelines, objectives and team mobilization for execution;
Metrics Management: Define and monitor efficiency KPIs (lead-time reduction, billing error rate, system adoption);
Continuous Improvement: Implement PDCA rituals and Lean methodologies to ensure processes do not become obsolete again.
Requirements
Financial Expertise: Solid experience with financial processes (recurring billing, taxes, reconciliation) and ERPs;
Methodologies: Proficiency with mapping tools (BPMN, VSM, Miro) and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or Design Thinking);
Resilience: Proven ability to handle ambiguity and stay results-focused during periods of systemic transition;
Mobilization: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to move projects forward and engage resistant stakeholders;
Nice to have, but not required: Experience using AI for process design and understanding prerequisites for deploying AI agents.
