About this role
Role Overview
- Work closely with and assist engineers in project planning, technical development and execution of internal research and development efforts.
- Carry out basic work instructions that will help in learning about the company product line and the industry.
- Assist TPMs in creating project schedules, design documents and estimates.
- Complete assigned tasks on time.
- Operate and test company equipment to gather and analyze data for engineers.
- Work in the field to assist in test events or customer demonstrations.
- Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers.
- Assist engineers with CAD modeling, electrical design or network architecture.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices.
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Rising junior, pursuing an Engineering degree
- Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
- Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn
- U.S. Citizenship required.
