Role Overview
- Provide education about specific diabetes treatments, and resources to help patients better manage their diabetes
- Participate in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients via telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS following program guidelines
- Build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ year as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
- Complete understanding and application of principles, practices, and standards in diabetes care directly with patients
- Must reside in country where the job is posted.
