Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Technical background necessary to critically evaluate complex trade-offs and provide strategic direction on complex system designs
Experience navigating the balance between long-term technical health and immediate needs of a rapidly evolving product
Embody a servant-leadership philosophy, with a primary focus on success of the team and individual growth
