Utilize strong analytical skills to gather insights, define KPIs, and measure product success. Translate complex data into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable business value.
Act as the strategic linchpin between Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership. Masterfully communicate product vision, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across diverse teams without direct authority.
Write clear, concise user stories, manage the product backlog, and partner closely with engineering squads to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product increments.
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and user feedback to ensure WEX remains at the cutting edge of service technology.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience building, optimizing, or managing products within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven AI skills, specifically focused on product discovery, defining AI use cases, and rapid prototyping.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to align, influence, and negotiate with cross-functional partners and leadership.
A deeply analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, build business cases, and track product performance.
Experience in the FinTech, B2B SaaS, or global payments industry.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and standard product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).
