Senior eDiscovery Platform Engineer, Top Secret Clearance

Role Overview

• Join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with legal accounts
• Play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio
• Participate in maintenance actions and monitoring of system integrity
• Prepare and review technical assessments including tasks and time frames
• Prevent data loss or outages during maintenance
• Develop automated approaches for system administration tasks
• Collaborate with different teams and divisions as needed

Requirements

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure
• Provide support along with OGC to other FBI Divisions
• Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings
• Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Record configurations change requests through change control board
• Process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks
• Monitor failed system components and coordinate support
• Respond to monitoring alerts and warnings with corrective actions
• Complete all scheduled maintenance according to policies
• Manage technology in remote environments
• Review and process tickets according to service level agreements
• Provide initial response and Level 1 and Level 2 escalation for outages
• Create Power Shell and VBS scripts as needed
• Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly
• Facilitate the migration of the system implementation into cloud infrastructures
