Role Overview

• You answer customer inquiries about contracts, tariffs and invoices – by phone and in writing
• You assist with topics such as supplier changes and electricity and gas connections
• You are the voice of customer service and ensure real customer satisfaction

• You prioritize helping customers as best as possible during the first call

• You carry out your tasks conscientiously and with determination
• Excellent written and spoken German
