Translate customer requirements into software specifications
Develop solution designs using CSG products are within the technological, financial, and operational constraints of the project, and that meets quality standards for performance, reliability and user experience
Perform detailed technical assessments and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the delivery teams implementing your solution to ensure that it realises your architectural vision, is delivered on schedule, and adheres to quality standards
Serve in a product owner role as needed in a self-organizing, high-performing team.
Perform ongoing client stakeholder management and consultation to ensure that they remain aligned with your solution throughout delivery
Contribute to the CSG delivery methodology to drive ongoing improvements on how we operate.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.

Knowledge of Telecommunications Industry standards such as TMF and Mplify (formerly MEF).
