Engage across the Boeing global enterprise to align 3M capabilities and solutions with the unique needs of their commercial, defense and global services organizations
Provide decision-making and operational/strategic planning to generate and execute the overall growth strategy
Organize, and direct all sales operations activities and policies across a global commercial and technical team
Drive collaboration and technical execution to build a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to customer needs and roadmaps
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Eight (8) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver’s License
Master's degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution (preferred)
Ten (10) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
Five (5) years of aerospace and defense experience in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning and sales operations with proven impact on business growth
Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and technical execution to build and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline
