Develop commodity strategies for Capital projects
Manage category strategies across all Copeland locations globally
Control costs and identifying new savings opportunities
Ensure supplier performance and align procurement activities with business objectives
Champion company values and promote a strong safety culture
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including e-sourcing, RFI, RFP, RFQ and negotiation strategies
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support capital procurement
Track and report on sourcing pipeline and savings initiatives
Manage supplier contracts and conduct regular performance reviews
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant legal, ethical and risk requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences in lieu of the degree
7+ years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related areas
Experience acquiring capital assets and developing OEM and Integration suppliers
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, supplier relationship management and supply chain technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
Ability to travel to Copeland locations/suppliers domestically and globally occasionally
