Role Overview
- Make independent decision regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of administrative support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements
- Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data for data entry
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel
- Coordinate communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees
- Handle complex clerical and administrative issues
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English language skills – written and verbal
- Working experience with MS Office
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system
