Role Overview
- Creation of key figures and statistics
- Execution of the annual financial and liquidity planning
- Monitoring of budget vs. actual variances and their analysis
- Support with cost calculations
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Development of proposals to optimize financial processes
- Independent management of smaller projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field (Finance/Controlling)
- Solid experience in controlling and in remuneration/compensation negotiations
- Knowledge of management information systems
- Ideally experience in the healthcare or nursing sector
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and a confident handling of numbers
- High interpersonal skills and commitment
