Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Scientific and Technical Resource Integration and Human Subject Health programs
Ensure regulatory compliance, scientific integrity, and program performance
Lead multidisciplinary teams including scientists and IT specialists
Oversee budgets, staffing, and performance reporting
Guide improvements in review systems and governance practices
Ensure quality and integrity of medical and exposure databases

Advanced degree required (PhD, DrPH, MD, ScD, or equivalent)
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in scientific research administration
Experience managing peer review systems
Experience overseeing IRB operations or human subjects protection programs
Deep knowledge of federal research funding processes
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
Experience managing risk in regulated environments
