Deliver revenue targets for shared client portfolios and the Institutional FX team
Manage end‑to‑end trade processes including pricing, credit checks and deal input
Jointly manage an existing client portfolio using data‑driven insights to enhance engagement
Support daily Institutional FX processes such as pitch packs, payments, market commentary and deal entries
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Build strong collaborative relationships across Institutional Sales, Australia Franchise and key stakeholders
Create learning opportunities to deepen product and customer knowledge
Adhere to Markets suitability frameworks, governance standards, regulatory requirements and ANZ
Requirements
12 months+ FX markets experience, with a customer focus
Proven ability to identify customer opportunities, build relationships and provide effective solutions
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and across the ANZ network
Demonstrated ability to analyse, understand and respond to client needs through active use of data
A desire to share knowledge and experience for the benefit of the team
Ability to adapt future approach based on previous experience, mistakes and developmental feedback
