About this role
Role Overview
Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and prototypes for new ultrasound transducers
Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers for integrated product solutions
Utilize CAD software for circuit and PCB design
Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies and product concepts
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Perform laboratory experiments and simulations to validate concepts
Design and execute test plans to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance
Analyze test data and iterate designs to resolve issues
Work with quality assurance to meet regulatory and industry standards
Team up with production, marketing, and sales departments to align product features with customer needs
Support documentation for manufacturing handoff and regulatory submissions
Seek ways to enhance existing product lines for reliability, cost, and performance
Remain updated on latest trends and best practices in electrical engineering
Requirements
BS degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Master’s Degree, preferred
3+ years of experience in electrical or electronic engineering
strong skills in electrical design principles, circuit fundamentals, analog/mixed-signal and digital designs
experience in design reliability techniques such as DFSS, Risk Analysis, DFMEA, and DFM
familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., eMatrix, Windchill, SAP, Agile)
proficient in electrical CAD tools (e.g., DxDesigner, Cadence, Altium)
excellent communication, technical writing, and collaboration skills
