Apply your knowledge of the workers’ compensation legislation and guidelines to assess liability, coordinate treatment, and support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes
Work collaboratively with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and internal stakeholders to drive proactive and customer focused claims management
Maintain accurate and compliant claim documentation in line with regulatory, contractual, and audit requirements
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

Requirements
Previous experience in workers’ compensation claims management with a sound understanding of legislation and statutory claims processes
Strong influencing and relationship building skills, supported by clear, confident written and verbal communication

Demonstrated resilience and sound judgement when managing complex, sensitive, or high pressure claims scenarios
