Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support.
Planning and implementation of normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for.
Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality.
Owning proactive lifecycle vulnerability management.
Participating in Projects and Problem Management lifecycle activities.
Building good awareness of the customers’ business, environment, support processes and adopting new technologies.
Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines. Alternatively, an equivalent level of experience.
At least 5 years of IT experience, ideally in support of Network Security environments.
Strong technical knowledge of Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet).
Expert knowledge in at least two of the following Checkpoint, Proxy (Skyhigh
McAfee), Load Balancers ASM modules (F5 or other similar vendors.), Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI.
Knowledge about security threats and remediation.
Good understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework (Change Management, etc.) and DevOPS model.
Autonomy and good problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English language.
