Implement the IPM Supply System in municipal public entities, following business rules and client requirements — procurement/tendering, purchases, contracts, inventory, fixed assets, and fleet management.
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments.
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
Monitor the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.
Requirements
Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
Experience with public procurement and public-sector purchasing, typically gained in government or companies that work with public tenders.
Comfortable with technology and new systems.
Availability for frequent travel.
