Support Operations teams as needed on assigned tasks, reporting, and compliance activities
Maintain database of agreements in contract management system and assist with other contract related projects
Assist with production and quality review of board reports for legal underwriting clients
Liaise with various Operations teams dependent on assignments
Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA Foreside’s various client and internal initiatives

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications
comfortable working in tech-enabled environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
Self-starter and team player with the ability to work with limited supervision
High attention to detail
Previous experience in the financial operations, legal, or compliance industry is preferred
