Role Overview
- Work on implementation and/or rollout projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with HR and IT
- Develop solution designs and functional documentation
- Configure and parameterize Onboarding according to the project scope
- Support the design and execution of tests (SIT/UAT)
- Troubleshoot process-related issues
- Produce and maintain project documentation
- Coach and train key users, managers, and new hires
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Onboarding (ONB)
- Knowledge of Onboarding configuration: programs, tasks, forms, workflows, and eligibility rules
- Experience in requirements gathering and onboarding process design
- Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), supporting key users, and defect resolution
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations
- Ability to prepare functional/technical documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organized, and able to work in a team
