About this role
Role Overview
Structure and lead the growth plan for the digital operation
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels
Design data-driven growth experiments and hypotheses
Develop and optimize sales funnels for info products
Define monetization strategies for high-ticket products
Plan strategic conversion events and masterclasses
Create customer loyalty and recurring revenue strategies
Develop initiatives to increase customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Design relationship and community journeys
Analyze acquisition metrics and campaign performance
Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and payback
Use data to inform strategic growth decisions
Align strategies with traffic, content, and product teams
Coordinate efforts that connect marketing, sales, and customer experience
Ensure strategic consistency across digital initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in growth strategy or strategic digital marketing
Strong knowledge of the info product ecosystem (launches, evergreen/perpetual funnels, high-ticket)
Strong analytical skills and experience with growth metrics
Experience structuring and optimizing sales funnels
Knowledge of retention strategies and methods to increase LTV
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into business strategies
Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile
