Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy.
Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods. Working closely with each CMO on production schedule.
Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies.
Audit "master data" (e.g., part numbers, unit of measure, and storage location assignments) to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production.
Work cross functionally with planning, CMOs, quality and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
D365 F&O ERP: Basic understanding of how inventory modules function within a corporate business system
Advanced Excel: High proficiency with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data cleaning
Familiarity with SQL for basic database queries or Power BI for initial data visualization is preferred
Extreme attention to detail to catch minor data entry errors and a proactive approach to solving logistical puzzles
