About this role
Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions
- Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Configure standard and custom objects, flows, workflows, and validation rules
- Implement integrations with third-party systems (REST / SOAP APIs)
- Ensure solution performance, security, and scalability
- Write and maintain Apex unit tests (minimum 75% code coverage)
- Support deployments, releases, and post-production activities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3+YOE
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model
- Experience with API integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
- Fluent English level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and challenge business requirements
- Autonomy, accountability, and attention to quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
