Role Overview
- Support Claims Service Operations leadership by translating operational, survey, telephony, and compliance data into actionable reporting
- Use SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python to develop and maintain reporting
- Diagnose data issues and partner with technical teams to resolve defects
- Communicate complex analytics into clear insights for operational and executive audiences
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries
- Hands-on experience with SAS (Base SAS, SAS EG, or SAS Studio) for data manipulation
- Ability to build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
- Relevant work experience of 2
- 5+ years (preferred)
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
