Support execution of regional media and retail media plans across brands and markets.
Coordinate with agencies to ensure accurate and timely media delivery.
Support implementation of retail media activations and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
Track media performance metrics and investment pacing.
Support budget tracking, reporting, and governance processes.
Flag risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Support analysis of media results, including reach, frequency, and productivity.
Assist in documenting learnings and best practices across markets.
Build understanding of audience strategies, retail media, and data‑led media execution.
Work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to support regional priorities.
Coordinate with Brand, IMX, Analytics, and agency teams.
Support clear communication and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required .
4–6+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or execution roles.
Foundational understanding of digital media and performance metrics.
Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.
