Manage and monitor daily financial operations, including payment instructions, cash movements, and bank reconciliations
Ensuring the necessary accounting automation for payment systems and e-money transactions
Oversee vendor and merchant/aggregator payment processes and related reconciliations
Ensure accurate reconciliation between bank accounts and accounting records
Support CBRT and other regulatory financial reporting requirements
Contribute to monthly and annual closing processes, including P&L and balance sheet support
Execute and coordinate internal and external audit processes
Support tax calculation, reporting, and compliance processes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
Min 6 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in fintech, e-money, or payment services
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes
Hands-on experience in daily financial operations and month-end closing
Experience in regulatory reporting is a plus
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly reliable
Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership
Comfortable working in an operationally intensive environment
Good command of written and spoken English
