Perform intake of cases once assigned and ensure case is correctly set up on Connect
Preparation of petition-based US immigration matters including family and business immigration cases, including legal drafting
Preparation of US consular cases, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters
Maintain client contact information
Keeps Associates aware of the progress of matters to manage expectations, and informs of conflicting priorities/requesting assistance as problems arise / informing of current capacity
Take on additional projects as required
Requirements
Previous US immigration experience
Strong background in a client facing role
Experience in managing a high volume case load
Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, considering delivery expectations and agreed client service standards
