6+ years’ experience in UX/Digital Product Design
Strong UX/UI capability across web, app, information architecture, and end-to-end website redesigns
Strength in IA, wireframing, and low-fi to high-fi prototyping
Customer-led mindset with solid research and insight-to-action capability
Experience running A/B tests and experimentation to validate and optimise designs
Exposure working across multiple brands and adapting design approaches accordingly
Confident across the full design process in fast-paced Agile teams
Clear communicator able to engage stakeholders with flows, sketches & prototypes
Data-driven approach to measuring design impact
Creative problem-solver with curiosity for emerging tech and AI
Insurance or retail experience is highly desirable
