Provide a broad range of strategic, transactional, and litigation support
Partner directly with business leadership to plan and execute initiatives
Analyze and creatively mitigate complex contractual and operational risk
Leverage software and Ai tools to draft, review and negotiate service agreements
Provide business-minded counsel to internal business and promote legal policies
Direct pre-litigation strategy and pursue early resolution of disputes
Collaborate with legal, compliance and business colleagues to develop best practices
Research, analyze and keep current on legal issues affecting the real estate industry

JD (Law Degree)
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed in good standing with at least one US state
Relevant broad based commercial law experience across multiple business lines and jurisdictions which preferably should include at least 3 years representing U.S. companies
Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly and constantly changing business
Demonstrated business acumen
Eagerness and ability to adopt and leverage software and Ai tools
Creative, strategic problem solving, exhibiting strong analytical skills
Ability to efficiently prioritize and achieve outstanding results in time-sensitive situations
