About this role
Role Overview
Develop electrical engineering concepts and prepare proposals/quotations for our customers
Serve as the central contact person for the project — for customers, suppliers, and internal and external partners
Independently manage projects — from planning through turnkey handover
Lead the project and ensure compliance with budgetary, quality, and schedule requirements, as well as all occupational health and safety regulations
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Energy Technology, or a technical vocational qualification (e.g., electronics technician, electrician) with further training as a technician or master craftsman
Preferably professional experience in energy supply and distribution
Experience with power engineering projects across various voltage levels
Knowledge of contract and claim management is an advantage
Experience in electrical system installation and project coordination desirable
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Basic knowledge of English is desirable
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a structured, independent working style
