Close collaboration with the head of the Municipalities business unit to develop, implement and continuously improve modern, data-driven marketing and CRM activities
Create and execute digital audience communications (e.g., HubSpot mailings, newsletters, campaign sequences) — with creativity, structure and enthusiasm
Develop and maintain white papers, landing pages and other digital information resources
Structure and maintain municipal contacts in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Consolidate customer data from various sources (e.g., Excel and other systems)
Support the creation and automation of workflows, reports and dashboards
Contribute to projects for digitalization and process optimization in the municipal sector
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media management, business informatics or a related field
Approximately 1–3 years of initial professional experience in marketing, CRM and HubSpot
Good knowledge of Excel
Enjoy working in a structured, data-driven way
Strong writing skills, communication abilities and a good sense for audience-oriented content
Enthusiasm for digitalization, processes and automation
Self-initiative, team spirit and a solution-oriented working style
Experience in the media industry, municipal administration or business-to-administration (B2A) marketing is a plus
