About this role
Role Overview
- Design the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to be intuitive and efficient
- Eliminate friction in software delivery
- Design and implement features within the IDP
- Establish modern deployment workflows using ArgoCD
- Support teams
- Take responsibility for their services — from the initial code commit to stable operation
- Act as a mentor for development teams and share best practices
- Automate application deployments with Helm
- Act as a service-oriented bridge between development and operations
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development or the DevOps domain with a strong focus on automation
- Proficient with GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform / OpenTofu
- Strong service orientation
- Proven mentoring skills
- Passion for simplifying processes
- Interest in databases
- Very good German skills (C1 or above)
- Good English skills (B2 or above)
