Proficiency in English at B2 level or above (Upper-Intermediate)
Experience with Financial Industry or Payments, Authorization Systems
At least 3 years acting in direct leadership, with responsibility for team development and career growth.
7+ years of experience in software development as a software engineer.
Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven leadership experience in people and project management.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and production support.
Experience developing secure, scalable corporate web applications.
Experience with development of corporate web applications.
Familiarity with cloud native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI CD, observability, and system architecture.
