Practice Manager

Role Overview

• oversee all daily operations
• develop and implement systems, policies, and processes
• manage all employees and operational processes of one practice location
• promote a client-centered environment
• facilitate programs and processes to meet client needs
• promote a cooperative working environment among staff members
• review/approve timecards and payroll
• assist with financial reporting and budget preparation
• oversee compliance and regulatory matters
• assist with administrative affairs including vendor contracts and inventory management
• develop policies and coordinate activities with Human Resources

Requirements

• ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• interact professionally with doctors, personnel, and clients
