Main responsibility is to ensure the quality of our products and to further develop the team
Responsible for leading the quality assurance team, including precision metrology and incoming goods inspection
Hands-on participation in production-related activities
Establishing and developing test procedures and quality standards
Active participation in cross-functional meetings to optimize process stability
Strategic development of the areas with a view to future brand development potential

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or qualification as a Meister / Techniker (master craftsman or state-certified technician)
Professional experience in special machine construction with a focus on machining (metal cutting) is desirable
Several years of leadership experience in quality assurance
Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
Willingness to be actively involved in manufacturing
SAP knowledge and an affinity for IT
Good command of English (C1)
