Oversee the Pharma capabilities team while improving the speed and efficiency of delivery of pharma capabilities in IT systems.
Support the end-to-end process for operational readiness of IT systems for pharma capabilities.
Collaborate with other corporate departments such as the office of the CMO (OCMO), Pharmacy and Therapeutics, PALS, Pioneer, IT, DCR, Compliance, Clinical Support Services, Clinical Analytics and Clinical Education.
Act as a resource for CE teams on clinical IT systems and serve as a voice and liaison with IT team in support of PharmaOps Capabilities.
Support the work of multi-disciplinary teams.
Partner with IT delivery teams in establishing timelines and communicating timelines & risks to stakeholders throughout multiple concurrent project lifecycles.
Independently work with SMEs to gather, define, and support documentation of technical requirements, model current/future business processes and operational changes across all impacted systems.
Provide status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with IT delivery teams in establishing use cases and timelines for cross-systems User Acceptance Testing.
Ensure end-user feedback is sought after and accurately reflected in the prioritization of product features and functions.
Partner with IT delivery teams on a very frequent, if not daily, basis by providing clarifications necessary to assist requirements development, user story estimates, sequencing of new features, and moving the protocol project development forward.
Ensure technical work appropriately supports Village initiatives by instituting a standardized intake and prioritization process related to pharma system updates.
Partner in determining annual goals for both pharma lane capabilities and the broader PharmaOps Capabilities team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, or Nursing (and current licensure), or related field or equivalent experience required.
ESRD/Healthcare experience preferred.
Technical background and competency is preferred.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Star Point and Outlook.
Proficient with DaVita computer systems.
PMP and/ or PfMP certification preferred.
