Role Overview

• Support the HR team in managing all hotels of The Living Circle
• Full-cycle personnel administration (A–Z)
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including work permit and authorization procedures
• Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, employment references, agreements, certificates and more
• Maintain and manage employee master data and personnel files
• Manage keys/badges and staff rooms
• Responsible for reporting and coordinating IT access for new hires, internal transfers and departures
• Administrative tasks such as ordering birth gifts and preparing reports
• Point of contact for employees and external parties by phone and management of the general HR inbox
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment law and other legal requirements
• Participate in HR projects such as digitalization and process optimization
• Attend HR meetings

Requirements

• Enrolled at a Swiss hotel management school
• Communicative team player with a strong service orientation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• High degree of discretion, reliability and accuracy
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with HR software (advantageous)
• Excellent written and spoken German and very good oral English skills
