You shape the technical direction of our projects, make architectural decisions, and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions.
You actively contribute to frontend and backend development and remain hands-on with code, tools, and technologies.
You are the central point of contact for our clients, present solutions, understand business requirements, and bridge technology and business.
You evaluate new technologies, contribute ideas, and support their adoption together with your team.

Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of developers
Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development
Excellent German language skills (C2) for professional client communication
Willingness and enthusiasm to take responsibility and make decisions
Nice to have (not required): experience with cloud environments or container technologies
Experience in larger project or process environments
Experience working with stakeholders or in a consulting environment
