Development and implementation of creative, target-audience-relevant design concepts for our natural cosmetics brand universe
Conceptualization and creation of visual content for social media, website, campaigns, newsletters, print and POS
Creation and editing of graphics, illustrations as well as photo and video material
Visual support for product launches (e.g., packaging design, campaign visuals, content assets)
Ensuring and advancing a consistent, high-quality brand presence in line with current design and beauty trends
Collaboration with marketing, product development and communications to develop emotional and persuasive brand messages
Analysis of visual content performance and continuous optimization based on KPIs and feedback
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation – ideally agency-side or in branding
Confident use of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and a strong affinity for current AI tools and digital creative technologies – you use AI as an integral part of your creative workflow
A pronounced sense for design, aesthetics and visual trends, as well as the ability to execute brand content in a stylish, innovative and audience-appropriate manner
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to communicate complex content visually in a clear, high-quality and creative way
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a structured, independent working style
Passion for sustainability, natural products and authentic brand communication.
