Manage team resources by anticipating and identifying needs, job evolution and skills to develop.
Plan and distribute the workload of team members according to production constraints, coordinate daily activities, and support them to achieve objectives.
Lead and facilitate team meetings.
Enforce procedures, operating methods, best practices, and compliance with rules (safety, hygiene, company regulations).
Contribute to defining industrial strategy and budget.
Participate in the activity's industrial strategy by proposing technical, process and organizational improvements.
Establish, monitor and ensure the annual budget in line with the defined strategy.
Lead and manage the operational aspect of activities, ensuring existing human and material resources enable achievement of the QCDSE objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Environment) for the activity.
Oversee and coordinate resources related to the industrialization of new products by leading working groups, producing prototypes and pre-series.
Ensure industrial feasibility in accordance with the company's rationalization and standardization objectives.
Optimize and coordinate flows.
Improve the performance of the activity by proposing and implementing action plans related to time-to-market and industrial performance indicators.
Lead, facilitate and coordinate a multidisciplinary team with hierarchical or functional links related to the activity.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
Experience managing teams in a hierarchical or functional capacity.
Fluent professional English.
Analytical and synthesis skills / Good listener, responsible and detail-oriented.
