You analyze usage statistics of digital tools and make recommendations to evolve the customer journey and enrich functionalities.
You draft the corresponding requirements documents.
You monitor the IT development of the project (features, timeline) and perform acceptance testing (UAT).
You manage the deployment of the tool internally and with our partners (sales presentations, training materials, responses to tenders).
You contribute to improving our e-reputation and support the development of our employer brand.
You manage social media to attract talent.
You contribute to the development of our brand image (Google reviews).
You collaborate with the team on internal and external communication activities implemented by the Marketing Department.
Requirements
Holder of a Master’s degree (bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing within the Finance sector: Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, etc.
Highly comfortable with verbal and written communication, able to highlight the benefits of an offer, and an expert in PowerPoint.
Strong interest in B2C digital customer journeys.
Appetite for project management.
Proficient in English and able to hold a conversation or deliver a presentation.
