Role Overview

• Support for the BWH Academy
• Maintain relevant participant data and documents
• Create and send certificates
• Support in recruiting and employee retention
• Review and approve job postings for the BWH Hotels careers page
• Process incoming applications and forward them to the hotels
• Support internal communications (e.g., intranet, newsletter)
• Coordinate employee appreciation initiatives
• Send anniversary gifts to hotel employees
• Organize congratulatory deliveries for weddings and births
• General administrative tasks
• Handle incoming emails to the central BWH Hotels inbox (as backup)
• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Enrolled in a full-time degree program in an HR-related field
• Understanding of HR fundamentals, especially recruiting and employee retention
• Experience with online learning tools and HR software is a plus
• MS Office skills and very good written and spoken German and English
