Analyze website performance KPIs and funnel metrics using GA4 and other web monitoring tools such as Full Story.
Analyze paid media performance across channels such as search, social, display, and other digital platforms.
Track and report on key paid media KPIs including spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and pacing vs. budget.
Produce recurring reports at campaign, segment and product-line levels.
Support comparison of performance across campaigns, audiences, and time periods to identify trends and outliers.
Maintain and update performance dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Support the integration of data from paid media platforms, Google Analytics, and internal business systems.
Perform regular QA on data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with definitions.
Help standardize website and paid media reporting formats and metrics used across marketing teams.
Assist with conversion tracking validation across paid media and web analytics platforms.
Support attribution reporting by validating inputs, outputs, and assumptions.
Help track lead-to-enrollment (or lead-to-conversion) funnel performance for paid media channels.
Partner with finance and marketing teams to support budget tracking and forecasting efforts.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, website and paid media analytics, or performance reporting.
Proven experience and background using GA4 for website and funnel analysis.
Experience working with paid media or digital marketing data from ad platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
Strong Excel skills; comfortable manipulating and analyzing data.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Supermetrics, Full Funnel.
Experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot.
Experience working with marketing and sales automation systems including report creation, and measurement; Salesforce, Marketo, Marketo Measure/Bizable.
High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
